My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very spacious, clean, comfy, and quiet, but unfortunately, mine had a strong smoking smell from a previous guest. The housekeeping should have cleaned it properly to ensure a fresh stay for the next guest. The service was excellent though, with the staff being nice, friendly, and always ready to assist. The location was convenient, close to the ferry terminal and with free shuttle services, but a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was a letdown due to overcrowding and unfriendly staff, with limited vegetarian options available. Despite the setbacks, the hotel offers great amenities that cater to various needs, making it a decent choice for travelers.
